MNC和MCC

上次发布了一个小软件来查看网络信息的，其中涉及到MNC和MCC。这篇文章是发布一小软件。
MNC: Mobile Network Code
MCC: Mobile Country Code
根据MCC，可以确定是哪一个国家，MNC可以确定是哪一个运营商。
例如，460代表中国，所以MCC是460。联通是01，也即MNC是01，同理，移动的MNC是00。最后460000代表移动，460001代表联通。

UMTS

最近一段时间接触到UMTS,说实话以前只是听说过，从来没有认真了解过。这步，有台8707就出现了这个UMTS。在我们的环境中，UMTS的接触太少了，要不是一些特殊的用途，我相信是没有机会用到的。
既然接触到了，就不能放过。了解一下先，等有时间继续研究。3G来了，有必要普及一下自己啦。以下信息来自维基百科(防止哪天不能访问，做个备份吧).
