即从上次说了我的签名工具之后(具体请看文章code signing账户又废掉了 ),今天RIM那边终于给我解决了。

他们将原来的deactive掉,然后重新分发了一个。

具体邮件是:

Hello,

Thank you for contacting BlackBerry Application Development Support.

A case has been opened regarding the difficultly that you are with your BlackBerry JDE Signature Keys. For all intensive purposes, we can consider these keys to be dead.

In order to solve this issue for you, I will first deactivate your inactive keys and remove them from our database. Secondly, and more importantly, I will reissue you a new set of BlackBerry JDE Signature Keys within 2 business days. The associated information with the keys will be as follows (please use the correct PIN when installing):

**
Info:*****
Email:******
PIN: *******
**

It is of importance to note that in order to register the replacement keys, please remove all instances of the sigtool.csk, sigtool.set, sigtool.db files from your ‘C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry JDE 4.x.x\bin’ directory and/or ‘C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry JDE 4.x.x Component Pack\bin’ directory to delete any trace of your old keys prior to registering the new keys. This must be done for all such ‘\bin’ folders if multiple JDEs are being utilized. This process removes all previous records of signature keys and will allow the reissued set to be registered.

Please note that the JDE signature keys can only be registered once to a single machine. However, it is important to note that when installing the keys on a computer with multiple versions of JDE, the keys are always installed/registered to the last installed version of JDE. Therefore in order to use the JDE keys with multiple versions, you must manually copy the keys from the ‘BlackBerry JDE\bin’ directory of your registered JDE version. You must copy all 3 of the ’sigtool.csk’, ’sigtool.set’, ’sigtool.db’ files and the ‘SignatureTool.jar’ file to the ‘\bin’ directory of your other JDE versions on the same machine. You should then be able to sign using any JDE version on that machine.

Best of luck with your development and thank you for your interest in BlackBerry.

太好了。
